We’ve received your emails. We’ve been buried in tweets. We’ve been harassed on Facebook.
We have heard your cries, people of New England, and now, we answer them.
When is Edcamp Boston??!?!?!?!?!
Edcamp Boston will be held at Microsoft’s offices in Cambridge on May 30, 2015!
Have tickets gone on sale?!?!?!?!?!
No! Tickets will go on sale promptly at 8PM on April 21! This will be followed by a VERY SPECIAL Edcamp-themed #edchatma on Twitter at 9PM! You will be able to register directly on our EventBrite page! You probably want to set a reminder on your calendar, because last year the tickets vanished in less than 4 hours when people received an unexpected email on a random Saturday. Who knows what will happen when they actually know it’s coming?
Will it cost money?!?!?!?!?!?
Never! You’ll be free to make a donation, of course, and purchase a t-shirt. Because we always have the best t-shirts. Of course, because we like providing people with food and stuff, it would be fantastic if you are a company that would be interested in sponsoring the event. It makes the day possible!
Are there any other Edcamps I can go to while I wait?!?!?!?!?
Absolutely! Check out all of these great Edcamps happening across New England in the next couple months:
- Edcamp IS (Independent Schools) – February 28 in Boston, MA
- Edcamp Maine – March 7 in Portland, ME
- Edcamp SWCT – March 7 in Norwalk, CT
- Edcamp Centerpoint – March 20 in Winooski, VT
- Edcamp Grafton – March 21 in Grafton, MA
- Edcamp Access – March 21 in Burlington, MA
- Edcamp HGSE – April 14 in Cambridge, MA
That’s a lot of Edcamps! NH and RI, you’re slacking. Get on it!
Will the snow be all gone by then??!?!?!?!?!?!
We hope so, but you should probably plan on coming by snowmobile just to be safe.
